All Milk teeth are erupted and appeared their top part(Crown) inside mouth

それに伴い乳歯の歯根は吸収されて短くなってグラグラしてきます

ちなみに乳歯は前歯が最初に生えてきましたが
永久歯の場合は乳歯列の奥にもう一つ新たな歯が足されるように萌出してきます
From the age of 6 years onward, the milk teeth(The 1-5th from front of mouth)would start to be shedding and replaced by permanent teeth until the age of 12 years
At the age of 6, First Molar(The 6th from front)would start to erupt
At the age of 12, Second Molar(The 7th from front)would start the eruption
So it would be 28 teeth at the end(Except Third Molar)
Root of the First Molar(the 6th from front) is nearly completed
Crown of Second Molar(the 7th from front) is shaped more clearly , then the root is starting growth
ちなみに前から数えて1番目の乳切歯は中切歯に、2番目の乳側切歯は側切歯に交換済
Mixed Dentition Period would be finished when all the Milk teeth have shed
